Thanksgiving
is only 4 days away and Christmas
a mere 24 days! I simply can not believe how quickly time
has passed this year. All three of my kids have birthdays
right before Christmas, so Thanksgiving seems to come and go so
very quickly. I have to admit though, my favorite
non-traditional ‘holiday’ is Black Friday. I simply love
to get a bargain -- if you play your cards right and don’t mind
all the crowds, you can!
In order to be ready for all the craziness of Black Friday, I have
to be well prepared. If not, the other shoppers will eat me
up and spit me out as soon as I walk into the store.
I
love seeing what the hottest toys are for the year. It is
fun to see what kids are going crazy over this year and sometimes
I even find some really great gift ideas for my own. The Baby/Toddler
Gear and Toys board has some great ideas for children
two-years-old and under which has helped me find some great gift
ideas for my nieces and nephews. Another great place to

Friday has become an annual outing for my friends and me. We
prep and plan for weeks beforehand. Our husbands think we
are crazy, but we simply love it! After all who doesn’t
enjoy getting a bargain?
