How do I get my board more active?

Here are five steps that should make a difference:

1. Look at your board - If folders have posts that are more than 6 weeks old, question whether you need those folders or if they just make your board look less active. To request edits - http://messageboards.ivillage.com/n/mb/message.asp?webtag=iv-ivparenting&msg=4174.1

2. Utilize the Explore iVillage program - By simply adding a folder or thread to your board to house Explore iVillage invitations, you are enrolled and can join hundreds of other CLs in posting invitations. Explore iVillage folders can be requested just as you request a regular edit (link above). Explore iVillage threads need to be sent to plcmail@mail.ivillage.com to be added to the main list. Please wait until the folder is added before participating. 3. Join a Signature Exchange - Each month on the P&P CL Team board (http://messageboards.ivillage.com/iv-ivparenting) there is an opportunity to join a CL sponsored signature exchange. Keep an eye out for the next sign up toward the end of the month!
