Not only are we in the midst of the Winter Holiday Party Season; but, in my house we are also celebrating birthdays which means I have to throw birthday parties!  Annie turned one three days before Christmas and my oldest daughter, Elizabeth, will celebrate her fourth birthday right after the New Year.  Needless to say, I have been in "party-planning mode" for a few weeks!  Thank goodness for things like our Party Planning Checklist to help me keep track of what I need to do and when. Elizabeth had a definite opinion about what she wanted, and it was Princess all the way.  We did the Disney thing last year and I was hoping for something different this year so I was thrilled to find the Pretty Pink Princess Party on Pregnancy & Parenting (try saying that fast three times!)  It's pink. It's pretty. It's princess. It's perfect!
